Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Seva Stack subscription at any time directly through your billing portal inside the application. When you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the strictly limited Free Tier. We do not restrict or lock you from accessing your historical donor data post-cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
As a cloud-hosted software platform offering instantaneous access to our features upon successful payment:
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial months of service if you cancel your subscription midway through a billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days of the original purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining months of the annual term.
- Settings & Implementation Fees: Any custom implementation or VIP setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
3. Payment Gateway Failures
If a recurring payment fails due to insufficient funds or expired credit cards, Seva Stack will automatically retry the transaction. If payment cannot be secured after 7 days, your account features will be temporarily paused until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Please note that Seva Stack is not liable for transaction processing failures or bank-side errors occurring via third-party providers (like Razorpay, BillDesk, or UPI networks). If your account is debited but the subscription fails to activate, please contact support with the transaction ID, and we will manually reconcile it.
4. Contacting Us for Refunds
To request an eligible refund or report a billing dispute, please forward your invoice and transaction details to billing@sevastack.in. Our finance team responds to dispute constraints within 3-5 business days.
